Service
Water Project Watch is currently a demand-validation research preview. It monitors public government sources and provides a limited informational sample. It is not an official procurement system and does not guarantee that a listing is complete, current, eligible, or open for bids.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
No payment, trial, or subscription is offered during the research preview. Selecting a proposed price records anonymous interest only. It does not create an account, purchase, reservation, or promise that the service will launch.
Your responsibility
You must verify every opportunity with the issuing agency before making business, engineering, legal, or purchasing decisions. You are responsible for the watchlist and bulletin destination saved to your account.
Public records and source rights
Project facts are normalized from public government sources. Source documents, agency names, seals, trademarks, and linked materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. Water Project Watch does not claim government endorsement.
Accessibility
We aim to provide an accessible service and describe our current accessibility practices and known limitations on the Accessibility page.
Account access
Account access uses delegated ChatGPT sign-in. Water Project Watch does not use emailed sign-in links and does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.
Free trial and subscription
The displayed $99 and $299 monthly levels are research proposals, not active offers. If Water Project Watch later offers paid service, the checkout screen and updated terms will state the price, renewal interval, cancellation method, and any trial before payment is authorized.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use project information to misrepresent government endorsement.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Sources can change or become unavailable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Water Project Watch is not liable for decisions made from a bulletin or project match or for indirect or consequential losses.
